1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Note: Processing time may take slightly longer during high-volume periods or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping (United States): We offer Flat Rate Shipping and Free Shipping on orders over a specific amount. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivers within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Delivers within 2 to 3 business days.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

  • Shipping charges and delivery timelines for international orders vary by region and will be calculated automatically at checkout.

  • Duties and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tali Groce Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time mentioned in your tracking email, please contact us at support@taligroce.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations regarding shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your carrier falls into this category, we will reach out to you to get an alternative physical address.

6. Damages and Issues

If you receive your order damaged or if an item is missing, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately at support@taligroce.com with photos of the package.
